Ryan has been working in the hospitality industry for the last 17 years. He began working for the Las Vegas-based Light Group in 2006, where he was a mixologist for a number of notable, hip Vegas powerhouses including ARIA Resort & Casino’s Gold Boutique Night Club, Haze Night Club, and ALIBI Ultra Lounge, as well as Stack Restaurant & Bar inside The Mirage. He opened Light Group’s first craft cocktail bar, ALIBI, a technique-driven, craft-forward cocktail concept at ARIA where each cocktail is methodical with imaginative ingredients and premium spirits. Ryan’s passion for spirits and craft cocktails led to his career growth with The Cosmopolitan in 2013 as a bartender at handcrafted cocktail havens, Vesper and The Chandelier. In 2014, Ryan started working for the multi James Beard Foundation award-winning Wolfgang Puck Restaurant Group where he began to quickly climb the ladder. He worked at CUT by Wolfgang Puck as a Lead Bartender where he expanded a Barrel Aged Cocktail Program then became a certified corporate trainer for the celeb chef owned restaurant group. Ryan was later promoted to Beverage Manager of Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill and most recently, General Manager of Cucina by Wolfgang Puck. Ryan expanded Cucina by Wolfgang Puck’s beverage program to a level relevance. He spearheaded the expansion of the spirit program with 25 labels of brown spirits and impacted the creative cocktail menu with innovative ideas and techniques including a tableside cocktail activation.
